Know before you go
Coming to an event at Temple Gardens Centre? Please familiarize yourself with the information found here before you arrive to ensure a smooth entry into the venue.
The Temple Gardens Centre management is dedicated to providing an exciting and memorable guest experience while ensuring the safety and security of all Guests.
The following guide provides information and policies/rules for attending any Temple Garens Centre event. These policies apply to all guests. Guests who violate any of the policies will be escorted by security out of the arena. Additionally, TGC management reserves the right to suspend season ticket privileges for guests who do not comply with these event policies.
PARKING
Temple Gardens Centre has limited free onsite parking located on the north side of the building. Additional free parking can be found on High Street and 1st Ave NW.
NOTE: The Safeway parking lot is NOT open to Temple Gardens Centre guests and parking there may result in being ticketed.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS
Temple Gardens Centre requests that NO outside food or drinks be brought into the venue at any time. Temple Gardens Centre provides multiple concessions which are open during events.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Temple Gardens Centre is a smoke FREE venue. You are not prohibited to smoke or vape within the building at any time. When attending a concert or NO-RETRY event it is recommended to smoke before entering the building, as you will not be allowed to re-entre.
TICKETS/MOBILE TICKETS
When attending a ticketed event at Temple Gardens Centre you will be required to present your physical ticket or a mobile ticket for scanning. You will not be permitted to enter a ticketed event without a ticket. Please review our ticketing page for all ticketing information.

NO RE-ENTRY
The majority of events taking place within the arena at Temple Gardens Centre are NO RE_ENTRY events.Once a ticketed guest has been scanned into the event and enters the arena there will be no re-entry permitted for any reason including smoking.
I.D. CHECKS & SECURITY
Temple Gardens Centre asks that you leave prohibited items at home to ensure the safety of all guests. Prohibited items include but not limited to: outside food and drinks, illegal substances, weapons of any type, professional cameras, chewing tobacco, cannabis, bags/purses larger than 11X11X8 inches.
The following is a list of items that are prohibited at all Temple Gardens Centre events. Please note that restrictions and prohibited items may vary between concerts, WHL, AAA, and other events.
- Weapons - both real and imitation
- Outside Food and Beverage
- Cameras: no flash/professional photography
- Recording Devices
- Bags: Backpacks, Large Bags, Suitcases
- Signs/Flags/Banners/Posters/Pamphlets
- Tripods/ Monopods, Laser Pointers, Alcohol, Drugs, Noise Making Devices, Fireworks, Flashlights, Skateboards/ Rollerblades, Beach Balls, Cans or Bottles.
- Laptop Computers
- Airhorns/Drums
- Flag Poles
Guests may not bring audio or video recording devices into the arena. These devices include, but are not limited to, video cameras/camcorders and audio recording devices. Any equipment not conforming to these rules must be removed from the premises.
FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY
When attending an event at Temple Gardens Centre, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.
