Everyone attending an event at Temple Gardens Centre must have a ticket, including caregivers and companions.

Unforeseen Accessibility Needs

Guests who experience an unforeseen circumstance that results in a need for accessible seating after purchasing tickets will be accommodated to the best of our ability, subject to the availability of accessible seating locations. Companion seating

All individuals attending an event at Temple Gardens Centre, including support persons accompanying a guest with a disability, must have a valid ticket for entry. Standard event pricing applies to all tickets. To support guests requiring accessible seating, one adjacent companion seat may be purchased.

ARENA INFO:

Entrances / Elevator / Escalator

 

There are two public entrances into Temple Gardens Centre. One is located on the North side of our building on High Street and the other is on the East side of our building on 1st Ave NW. Both entrances are wheelchair accessible. To access the elevator to reach the concourse or club levels from the North entrance you will need to go through the doors located to the left of the entry and proceed down the wheelchair ramp. When entering the building from the East side you will need to go through the main doors at the bottom of the stairs located on the far right side and proceed towards the Box Office. The elevator is located beside the Box Office. 

The escalator is located on the far left side of the main staircase and is operational during most concerts, sporting, and larger events. Please note the escalator is not always in operation in which case you will be directed to the elevators to reach the concourse and club levels. 

Facilities

All washroom facilities at Temple Gardens Centre are wheelchair accessible. In addition, accessible family services washrooms are located on the East and West sides of the Concourse level and in the Moose Jaw Curling Centre main level. 

Attending a Conference or Meeting

Temple Gardens Centre offers a variety of accessible meeting and event spaces to accommodate conferences, meetings, training sessions, and special events.

Guests attending events in the Kinsmen Room can access the space from the main level by entering through the Moose Jaw Curling Centre doors.

To access the Founders Lounge, Conference Rooms 203–205, or the Breakout Meeting Room, please use the elevator and proceed to the Mezzanine Level. Upon exiting the elevator, the Founders Lounge is located directly ahead at the end of the hallway. Conference Rooms 203–205 and the Breakout Meeting Room can be accessed through the doors to your left.

Service Animals

Temple Gardens Centre welcomes trained service animals accompanying guests with disabilities. Service animals must remain under the control of their handler at all times and should be kept on a leash, harness, or other appropriate restraint while within the venue.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, service animals should remain within the seating area assigned to their handler and must not obstruct aisles, walkways, or other public access areas.

Guests planning to attend an event with a service animal are encouraged to contact the Box Office in advance. Our team will be pleased to assist with seating arrangements and answer any questions to help ensure an enjoyable and accessible experience for both the guest and their service animal. Box Office (SaskTix) | Temple Gardens Centre

Accessible Parking

Temple Gardens Centre offers 10 accessible parking stalls located in the North Parking Lot, adjacent to the North Entrance of the building. Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests requiring accessible parking are encouraged to arrive early, as availability cannot be guaranteed.
